About Guinea Bissau
Having visited Guinea Bissau a few times and worked with groups of teachers around the country, we are now in a position to understand what people need most. We are working with trusted people in Bissau and the regions and we have decided we need to help with 4 areas:
Micro-credit loans of around £200 each to selected people, mostly women, to start or expand a small business
Emergency fund for health issues / weather-related destruction
Help with basics eg. digging and improving wells, toilets, solar panels for electricity
Support for education projects
